Coach the coaches
The Zebras held a ‘Coach the Coaches’ sessions where Diccon Edwards (Leeds Carnegie Academy Coach) demonstrated some of the latest coaching techniques. The session covered rucking and ball presentation in contact and was aimed at the Under 7s to Under 12s coaches. Another session will be held in 2010 for the Under 13s to Under 16s. This is part of the coaching initiative where we want to learn the techniques employed at the top end of the game so the young players at Otley can benefit.
